Giving is a personal decision. One each one of us faces when the choice comes whether to support an organization with your funds, time, resources and/or support. So, it is imperative to make donor clarity a high priority. It is a relatively easy philosophy to follow when your dollars match your charity’s core mission.

Common Ground makes it simple. We highlight our actions every step of the way from the moment we receive dollars or supplies. We provide 501(c)(3) tax-donation receipts for the aid sent our way so our donors can use this for their yearly tax returns. But don’t let that receipt be the only proof because we will continue to show you our level of transparency if you stay close. We believe in highlighting every stage and step via photos, videos, testimonials and we invite our donors to ask for receipts, invoices, etc. if ever needed. The path is usually laid out from the moment we begin a strategic C.A.R.E. endeavor. Whatever given or purchased is shown coming in and will be shown going out as it arrives at its destination. We offer tours of our inventory at storage so you can see how it all unfolds as most volunteer nights are held at one of the facilities. We believe in donor clarity and open communication. You should be able to see and recognize your donor dollars at work pretty easily. No charity work is that hidden or complex that you won’t be able to witness what the impact is overall. It is an honor and a privilege to receive the support of a giving heart.
