How Far Can Our Ripples Travel?
We chase the miles and try to connect with those areas with many experiencing a critical crisis whether human or animal. We reach into the pockets of society where some are living life on the fringe. Invisible to the eyes of many even while walking in plain sight. They are our young ones in transition from child to adult without a guide to help during such an immense shift. They are our veterans experiencing traumas from previous years and chasing nightmares away from their vision. They are our homeless whether through loss of a living situation, a job, abuse or addiction, a pet or mental illness. They are our Seniors who have lost family or friends along life’s journey and now walk a path alone while balancing the aches/sickness/financial limitations of older age. They are our lost and neglected dogs, cats and other discarded animals seeking refuge. Seeking a place to call home.
Our team seeks to shine a light while reaching out a hand to help. Providing food, personal care items, cleaning supplies, household items and hope driven wishes to give when others have so little. The miles we venture toward are built upon a belief that we can change much just by showing up…together creating a buffer between seeking Hope and finding some.
The foundation for all we do is our C.A.R.E. core strategy that positions 4 key areas of focus: Community, Advocacy, Rescue and Education. Building upon a grassroots belief that each program no less important than the other so we attempt to expand them all with the help of donors, sponsors and tenacity of heart.
