- 21 years of age or older.
- Residence in and around: Chicagoland suburbs, around Galena in Northern Illinois and Lake Geneva/Trevor, WI.
- Current number of pets + foster(s) fall within county/municipal codes.
- Seeking to be the hero for a life needing a lifelong commitment embrace and loving home.
